1) Log in to your business bank account
2) Find out if there is such or similar item: Pay & File Taxed
3) Click it and find out such or similar item: Available tax types
4) The following is the payments that you can pay for your business to CRA through your bank account:

If you fill out the form + pay for the monthly or quarterly source deductions, then select: Payroll Source Deductions – Regular/Quarterly
By selecting this item, you need to fill out: which month is the salary for, how many employees, how much Gross salary paid to employees, how much EI, CPP and Tax, and how much total you want to pay (for examply, you type $1,234.05). This $1,234.05 is the amount that will be withdrawn from your bank account, and paid to the CRA.
If you already fill out the form by other ways, and now only pay the money, then select: Payroll Source Deductions – Payment on filing
If you pay for the prior year or month that you missed paid on time, then select: Payroll Source Deductions – arrears
If your bank account has no such item called: Pay & File Taxed, then you need to log in to your “My Business Account” through the CRA website, and find another way to pay the tax.
